Was it poor tyre choice? Was it incorrect shock pressure? Was it the chameleon you swerved to avoid crushing? Crashing is undoubtedly part of mountain biking, which is partly what makes it interesting and unpredictable. If you’ve got a crash pic or video clip you want to share, here’s the place to do it. This is what happens when you buy a new bike & try it out that
afternoon,  and the brakes are set up differently on the handle bars to
your road bike.

She had a bit of a bruised ego but was ok.
